Deborah Hayes

Deborah Hayes is the founder and creative director of Deborah Hayes Advertising, a boutique branding agency specializing in multifamily and real estate development.

With over 20 years in advertising, she is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex projects and translate vision into compelling brand experiences that connect and perform. Deborah partners closely with developers and marketing teams, guiding projects from early concept through lease up with a thoughtful, strategic approach.

Her background spans leading agencies including WestWayne, Pringle Dixon Pringle, MATCH, Inc., and Fletcher Martin, where she worked on brands such as CNN, Coca-Cola, Stone Mountain Park, and Ryland Homes. After the birth of her daughter, she launched her own agency, growing it into a nationally recognized firm serving clients including The Michaels Organization, PeakMade, and The Community Builders.

Originally from Texas, Deborah returned after 25 years in Atlanta, trading city skylines for open land and a slower pace in Midlothian, just south of Dallas. She remains actively involved in her community and previously served as President of the Downtown Midlothian Business Association, where she expanded its presence and helped grow local engagement.

Outside of work, she travels, mentors designers, and tends to a small flock of heritage chickens.
