DHA led the branding, logo identity, tagline, signage, website design, and marketing—positioning APEX as a bold, forward-looking campus with a strong focus on technology, community, and recreation. Managed by The Michaels Organization, the brand reflects the property’s high-energy lifestyle and landmark amenities, including fitness, collaborative study spaces, and the industry’s first on-site e-sports arena.
