For Estates at Plum Creek, Deborah Hayes Advertising developed the logo and brand identity, drawing inspiration from the delicate form of the plum blossom to create a mark that feels refined, organic, and connected to the property’s name. The floral motif was designed to subtly evoke the natural beauty and sense of place surrounding the community while maintaining a timeless, residential feel. We extended the identity through website design and across a suite of marketing and leasing collateral, ensuring a cohesive visual presence that supports the positioning of Estates at Plum Creek as an inviting and thoughtfully branded community.
